Welcome to TownPeak San Jacinto Concrete

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the services we provide. By using our website or hiring us for concrete work, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services We Provide

TownPeak San Jacinto Concrete provides professional concrete installation, repair, and related services for residential and commercial properties in San Jacinto, CA and surrounding areas. All services are provided based on written estimates and agreed upon project specifications.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on weather conditions, material availability, and other factors beyond our control.

Estimates and Payments

All estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may change after this period due to material costs or other factors. Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract.

We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Project Changes and Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your project after work has begun, we will provide a revised estimate for your approval. Additional charges may apply for change orders.

Cancellations made after work has started may result in charges for materials purchased, labor performed, and administrative costs. We will work with you to find a fair resolution if cancellation becomes necessary.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and offer warranties on our concrete installations as outlined in your project contract. Warranties typically cover defects in workmanship but do not cover damage caused by improper use, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty claims must be reported in writing within the warranty period specified in your contract. We will assess all warranty claims and determine the appropriate remedy.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide clear access to the work area for our crew and equipment. You are responsible for ensuring pets are secured and that the work area is clear of personal belongings.

We maintain comprehensive liability insurance, but we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked or disclosed. You should arrange for utility location services before work begins.

Weather and Delays

Concrete work is weather dependent. We may need to postpone or reschedule work due to rain, extreme temperatures, or other weather conditions that could affect the quality of our work. These delays do not constitute a breach of contract, and no penalties will be assessed.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or any delays in completion.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can work toward a resolution. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication.

If we cannot reach a mutual agreement, any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Jacinto, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
